Theres either something wrong with the car or he's a really bad driver.

 

Exactly what I was thinking. The car will trap higher with a worse launch, so his 113.8 or whatever will go down when he gets the car out of the hole quicker. I say a 12.15 at best.

This is assuming he wasn't already shifting slow which he very well could be since hes only getting 2.0's

 

if the car truly has 440 hp it did not have it at the track. Your car is not running well or you don't have 440. Good luck, with a lower 60' I believe low 12's for that car from the info you have given us.
