This is my first time EVER at a track let alone launching the car for real. The track is by far the worst track in ohio (la rue). I think that is some of the reason my times were so crappy although I'm not making excuses. I was looking for 115+ traps and low 12's. What is the biggest reason for my high times?? Crap track?,Bad driving?, Something wrong with the car?? I would try to figure it out myself but idk how to read a timeslip as far as what needs to be improved.

Driving style- Launch at 6000 (bogged a little) shift at 7k every shift, and ride out 4th til the end of the strip

 

Your 60' isn't that great, but with those traps, you aren't close to 11's. With the power you made on the BR dyno, I would expect your traps to be higher.

Try a compression and boost leak test.

 

with those modz, you should be trappin between 115-119. check ur car

 

what clutch do you have?

 

same^. since u have full exhaust, cams, n boost controler ur top speed should be higher. how much boost are you running? if u want to be in the 11's u need to trap about 10mph faster

 

what oct are you tuned for 91?

 

take out the cat you'll have better chance

 

your trap speeds are real low. make sure your not getting any knock and pulling time. that was happening to me when my car was alittle lean.

 

your trap speed is real low for the mods you have... i have all the basic bolts on's minus intercooler and i ran a 12.1@110

Looks like your losing is by the 1/8th and to the 1/4 based on your Trap. Datalog the car.

 

For the mods you should be trapping a lot higher than 108.Something is not right.

 

Looks like you were consistant so i dont know if it was your driving? You could consistantly suck at driving but ill give you the benfit and say something is up with the car. Good luck man!

 

dude pretty good for first time at the track. Consistent times. They are right though you should be trapping higher and are capable to run 11's with more practice.
