what clutch do you have? You checked for boost leaks prior?
I think that you would have @ least a 117 trap or so.
Now that the other person mentioned it, would just double check to make sure you dont have any boost leaks.

Wait wait, did i miss something here? Are we basing this off your signature information? I'm surprised no one asked that? (maybe i did miss this?) Also, s it a 6 speed?
I don't know what type of dyno you made 376hp on but considering your 60' time, you probably aren't the most experienced drag racer (no offense at all). So assuming someone else could get another 2mph out of the car, you're hp/mph is right on target (especially if it's a 6 speed).
My friend made 36X and tapped 114, I made 367 and trapped 113 with room to improve by 1 or 2 mph.
Anyway, you can run a high 11 with a better 60'. Don't worry about what these other people are saying about not making power or your mph being off. I cut consistent 60's with an act clutch, ebay tires, and 32psi all around. What you do need to do is raise the 2 step to at least 6200rpm and get some more seat time.

Ohhh 376 in a mustang dyno should be well above 112.9mph. Like I said, I trap 113 with 367 on DD dyno, with a 6 speed! But u'd be surpriesed how much fast you can become with practice... But yeah, you could be off as much as 8mph :-/
