Hi Everyone,

Im sure some have you seen my threads, pic, and videos of the "Junkbox" over the course of a couple years. I just realized that I never made a thread for my fastest pass to date on the Fp Black late last season. I think the video is in my old thread and stuff but I figured i would make my own. Last year the car was on a SM built 2.0 (weisco HDs 1400/ Howard Rods), Built head, 1mm over, ported, supertech dual and springs, Fp5r cams, supporting mods on E85. Car made 600 on a mustang dyno. My very first pass at the end of July of last year after the car just got done, i went 10.30@138. Then from that moment on went faster and faster. Went to the DSM Shootout and went 10.00@141. It was a great feeling going faster and faster to the track everytime. I went 9.9, 9.8, then the 9.76 pass. My fastest trap was 147mph! Which was the faster stock appearing MPH record for 2010

Since then the car went under the knife for a 10:5:1 High compression motor with a FF 6765 on full slicks. The car is almost done, will be fired up in a few days then off to the dyno we go then off to the track I dont wanna give a full mod list considering all of that is in my current build thread. Here is the video of the 9.76 pass followed by a race against a camaro the weekend before. I had to throw that one in there Stay tuned for more on the Junkbox! P.S. Yea the very first pass at the shootout was my 10.00 pass. Couldnt better that time. However, the week later back at my home track went 9.93 off the bat. From there went faster and faster!

 

This **** is soooooo 2010 haha. JK

9.7's should be a pretty simple task this year for ya

I am def having withdrawals here! Since we have a few delays with the car and im getting that itch for this season. Im patient, i just cant wait to get back out there. Car will be getting tuned next weekend that is the plan

Thanks man! That 60ft was 1.47 on the 9.76 pass. My best ever in the car is 1.42. Hoping to get that 1.3 60ft this season
