evodan2004's attempt at 9s take 1... failed
You are in a decent rythm so it will be had sooner or later!

Yes same thing as NLTS . But in my humble opinion I would bet any amount of money that if your honestly not FFS'n any gears then if you do next time , you will run that single digit pass thats on everyone's agenda this year. Practice man.

I may try it I don't know. I need to have it setup to do so in the ECU. Sean needs to do that.
I never did it after I blew my trans a few years ago. I figured it was not for me. But I still do not think it will help me. Or that being my missing link. Again the car went 10.37 at 137 with a 1.68 60 foot. 31 psi on pump gas. Now on 100oct and 120+ more hp at 36/38 psi and weighs 65 lbs less then it did on pump gas and the car still only hits 10.4s but at 140/141. It just does not make sense at all to me.

Your 1st-2nd can use some improvement and 2nd-3rd too. Cant really hear 3rd-4th though so i cant say. Your nose end falls pretty hard from 1st-2nd, thats at least .1 right there.
Just some constructive critism. Bang those gears man.
Pretty good launching too man.

i know for a fact that if you FFS that car nice and quick you can cut a few tenths off that time. your shifts are a lot slower then you think. Pay close attention to the vids and you will see what i mean. compare them to some of the record pass vids that float around here and listen to the shifts...i really think its all driving for you. keep that 1.6 with some pro shifting and you got it. GOOD LUCK

i know it can improve for sure. at least today i was not shifting off the rev limiter. i went from 6500 to 6krpm launch and it made a huge difference. my 1.2 was slow''er'' because i wanted to make sure i got into 2nd gear.
im not saying NLTS wont help me. but i dont think that is the problem. go look at my pump gas runs. same driving. IMO ''or maybe i am wrong'' adding 120hp should be making some type of difference with the same driving.
now if i NLTS on pump but not 100oct then ok. i can agree with you. i would need to do it. but i lifted on pump and the same for 100oct. with 120 more HP the car should be going quicker then it did on pump. not the same or even slower.
maybe i am missing something. thats why i give a try to what you guys all recommend. but it just does not add up to me.

Well you are not running the 40psi at the track correct? you said it would hit it on the street, but not the track?
Maybe weather changes, boost leak, etc. Who knows without actually checking... I would want to check my power output again just to be sure im where i think im at.
Just somethings to think about really. Good luck, ill be rooting for you bro.

i am stubborn. haha. i just dont see it. i believe you guys it will work. 100% i do. BUT how does that explain a pump gas car running 10.3s and a race gas car ''with 120more hp running 10.3s? i dont see it. i am blind. someone punch sense in to my head. even if you have to hit it a few times. i wont mind.

today my 10.32 it hit about 37/38. i turned the MBC up 3 turns. on the street i guess its easier for the car to hit 40psi. at the track its another story. next time im tuning the damn thing 5 times.
