No I have not. I replaced the stock ones with lighter ones though.

 

i spoke to master Ivey till about 1:45am about why my car is so slow. we came up with a few good ideas to try. so adding with NLTS and the heavier boost controller spring ''to hope to help the top end taper'' we will pull off the air filter from the intake pipe. the pipe will still be there but it will have no filter.

friday will be the next track day for me. lets see what happens.

 

What is the reasoning behind taking off the sway bars? Besides weight reduction? I know Drag racing is straight line, but does the sway bar really hurt times?

Nice man, glad you were able to talk to Ivey about stuff...Never thought about the air filter, good point...Hopefully you will get that spring tomorrow, took a week or so to get mine...

Sean thinks the air filter could be restricting air flow. He tested the filters a few years ago and found the limits of them which I am already past. So let's try it out.

a stiffer hallmann spring? i think i have the standard one in mine, hits 32psi but it tapers quite a bit.. maybe the stiffer spring would help

 

i have no clue. i will find out. i hope it is indeed stiffer then the normal stiff spring.
