I already told you two times it was an aborted run to clear the exhuast. I will post up the sheet when I return to Pruven on Monday

Gaysey, u have no clue as to all the problems that arise at these dyno days with customers cars. U have no experience in this manner to speak and make judgements showing ur level of mentality. I have seen Shiv work on a car for 3-4 hours to try and tune out the demons in some cars and he has had to change cam gear settings that were inadvertently setup wrong by other shops etc. Once the car is strapped down it is a PITA to unstrap and so sometimes a car is on the dyno while the dianosing is going on. U have come on here to defend Al and good for u but stay out of this because u do not know the whole dyno day fiasco process.
Let me ask u this if ur car was having issues in ur scheduled slot and Shiv said F-this I need to go work on Azars car for 2 hours and u have to wait would u be alright. Probably not. Don't u see someone gets put off and it so happened to be Azar but the other customers are happy because he did get to attend to their cars. FWIW My car has always had demons and yes I have had to wait and be patient to let Shiv use his Vodoo on my car. Shiv has also gave up a sunday when I was in the area to try and diagnose a problem that i had in the past. I am glad that Al's tune has made u a satisfied Dynoflash customer and for that good job Al. However, stay out of this thread with Niave statements.
Al good job on Azar's car and Azar I am glad u are happy. But in my view a lil communication with Shiv at the dyno day and a lil more patience would of got u the desired results that u ended up attaining w/o costing u an additional 400 dollars. OUT!

Isn't this mostly to account for rush hour traffic on your "dyno"?

Al knows his stuff and is a great guy. He busts his @$$ to get the customer satisfied to the best of his abilities and if he isn't happy with what he's done...he will tell you! If you have any doubts at all...at the very least meet him, call him, give him a chance...you'll be happy you did!
I keep reading that Al is such a great guy- I just picked up a '03 stock Evo with the TTM Dynoflash for 93 octane. In my area, we only have 91 for the most part, so I need to get it reflashed. Before doing that, I would like to spend a few hundred bucks and get some parts that will make my car better than stock. I'm figuring a MBC, fuel pump, maybe injectors, air intake. I'm also curious about what gauges to get. I'd like to see around 300whp. I've emailed very specific, lengthy questions to Dynoflash asking for part recommendations and if I get any response, its "mail it back in, instructions on website" without even quoting my original email (I hate ao-hell). So I guess to receive this excellent customer service, you have to call? That's fine, but they should state that on their website. I've fired off several emails to him with little to no success. Email is so much easier as you can reply when you have time without having your ear glued to a phone, but I'll do what it takes - if they would only tell me.

Guys,

Help me understand....

All of you (including AL) are bashing the ATP 3071 saying that it isn't making good power, and saying that Myhir should put back on his stock turbo, But from what I see the turbo is performing circles around stock turbo (even the TME). The only mods that Az3ar has on his car are injectors, turbo, and full exhaust set up, please name ONE car with stock turbo, no cams, cam gears or other supporting mods just stock turbo and full exhaust set up making anywhere close the the same power.

He is making the same power as I am on pump with my shiv tuned vishnu stage 1++. Now all Az3ar has to do is supporting mods and that turbo will shine, with cams, gears, and alchol injection he will be well in the 400 horsepower range and the turbo will still be well within its efficiency range. As for stock turbo pushing enough boost to produce those #'s will be pushing its limits (if not at its limit)

Al, I don't understand how you can say that any car with upgraded turbo should be making 400 awhp easy, do you expect someone to just slap on a GT35 with no other supporting mods and produce those numbers? I don't think it can happen! (but hey, I am no expert). If this turbo is such a "weak as turbo" then why is vishnu using it in their stage 2 turbo kit, yes it will have a different hot side but basically the same turbo with an adapter plate to mate it to factory manifold. If the ATP hotside is so bad you would think it would have trouble boosting and holding it. Well as you can see Az3ars turbo is boosting just fine, holding it steady to redline, and spooling pretty quick. Help me understand the flaw in the hotside if his car is doing all this.

Shiv, during the GA dyno day I do feel that by the end of the night you were getting tired, as were myhir and I. but we did not get the same treatment as the rest of the people. 1. Seth let another member jump in front of us on the dyno after we had been there from the time it opend and signed up way before him, did we complain NO. 2. You road tested EVERYONES car after the dyno tune, but as soon as you were done with my dyno you vanished and Andrew had to road test the car with me (I do appreciate it andrew, I just figured the person who tuned that car would want to road test it to make sure there were no hicups) then after Myhirs tune you jumped out of the car and left for hooters with seth before his car was even off the dyno. Although I am happy with my tune myhir and I were both a little disappointed that we didn't get the same treat ment, again we let it go and did not complain.

I am not trying to start a war with anyone, this is just my 3rd person perspective of the situation.

I'm just glad myhirs car is now running the way he wanted it to.

Chris

Bottom line is with a successful business many will have to wait as Al and Shiv all have priorities that must be dealt with first. Be patient and get a fast good runnin car. Both tuners are not going to hit a homerun every tune so if u so happen to get the foul ball type tune be patient and step up to the plate when they are available and at least get on base.

LOL! this is a forum open for all, if you want to come here and post $hit be ready to take some heat .... if you can't take it don't post. I find it funny the you have the GALL to come out and start insulting a guy for his choice in vendors, when clearly he was having issue with his car and the customer service of one of the vendors ....

I am patient. My Evo has been sitting in my garage getting dusty with the last remaining 1/4 tank of 93 octane in it from when I bought it almost 2 weeks ago. I started emailing him before I even bought the car, and the best reply I got was something along the lines of "yes you need reflash for 91, instructions on site". No mention of which mild mods would be best in his expert opinion. From reading his replies on these forums, he certainly seems like he has time to reply and I like most of his replies, they are professionally worded and to the point. For some reason he won't reply to emails.

The fact that you kept insisting that it must have been a boost leak/line fitting, when he said it wasn't? were you insulting his intelligence? (IDK, we'll let others interpret that) How about the fact that you were quick to call him names ... How about when the person who is affected the most and suffered the most, politely asked to stop questioning what happened and why and to let it be ... very mature buddy ...

How about i told SOMEONE ELSE about how i thought they were tuning maps on that dynoday and he CALLED ME OUT saying i was starting a war and my facts were not strait.

A simple "no, it was done this way" would have rubbed me much better. I didn't start with questioning his intellegence until that point. I also edited my calling him a name. I shuldn't always type what im thinking i guess.

Where did i say he had a boost leak?
