Case study # 31 - ATP Turbo Kit 3071 - Member Az3ar
Did you even look at your Dyno chart? Go back a few pages and look at it. it was 307.8whp, jeez.
Look this is my take on it, you were running the race gas that night, it dumped fuel, rich condition. More than likley it fouled out the plugs, and was probably the reason why it did it all the way home.
Also, I could give a rats *** who I am affiliated with. i just know that my stuff works.
Of course its going to run rich in the upper rpms due to the motor dumping fuel and pulling timing! The boost was TOO HIGH. The ecu was protecting your motor.
btw, why dont you let "Mhyar" tell the story.

I am Mhyar what are you talking about?
Why did Shiv let me go with high boost? Why did he not believe in what I said? Why is my car fixed now? I guess its not cold anymore
Look, I’m sure that 95% of that is correct cause I was there for most of it, and have been going by what you have posted and others have said. I would not make things up ro exaggerate the story.
Stop referring to yourself in the third person
Well, it’s a funny thing that it was cold as hell in the shop and the car was running fine. You did not run into any problems till about 4 hours later when you got back on I-75. What is the boost running now on your car because Al said it was 22~23psi with the Atlanta tune.
Quote: “The LOWEST his car would boost was 23 - 24 psi on his gauge which coresponds with this pump gas boost map from Atlanta - this is noramally a bit on the high side for pump gas but seems to be the only way this very weak *** turbo can make any power what so ever. At stock boost level it would be less than stock tq.”
You wouldn't have had this problem if you would have taken that silly MBC out of the car and let the Xede take car of the boost. How many people told you that?
But, whatever, you know better than any of us.

I wanted to take MBC off my car. Shiv always tuned my car with it and had no issues. I called him few months ago and he said he has no issues with it. For god sake I have been using it for 1 year and now after all this time it is the issue!!! I wanted my stock boost lines to be on there but Eric removed them because Shiv told him to do so. I was running out of X flash all this time (the xede was watching TV). Shiv wanted the MBC on there because he will have to create my boost map from zero with out it (it made his job easier).
Keep going Keep going
You will not get anywhere

dang.
Like ive said before Az3ar, i completely understand your frusteration. I think if it happened as you described at TT, you shuld have been WAAAy more assertive instead of just leaving(300 miles back home).
