Bolt on is what vendors say but bolt on real world is work your *** off to make it fit in my world

Second thanks to Randy for making my idea posible and getting everything worked out.

Third and important also is Rafael who is always getting me busy and for contacting Randy and letting him know about the idea.

Now lets get down to business.

Javiers car is a 2003 with:

Borla exhaust
Megan racing downpipe with B&B 3 inch cat delete
Megan racing o2 housing
Megan racing exhaust manifold
AMS MBC
Helix intake
Helix IC piping kit
255 walbro
perrin fuel rail
272 intake 264 exhaust GSC cams
Greddy type S recirc.
AFC 2
Defi d gauge FP,EGT,Boost

This is the lucky SOB every has gone smooth since day one of mods and it beats the **** out of my car since both were almost stock.Cars runs great . I tune it a little bit with the AFC running a conservative 10.4 AFR on a LM1 Wide band

Now mines. It is a 2003 also but with a curse

ultimate racing 3 inch turbo back exhaust with cat delete.
Megan o2 housing
Megan SS manifold
Perrin fuel rail
Walbro 255
Helix intake
Greddy type s recirc.
Hyperflow FMIC
Logic performance IC pipes
Hallman MBC
272in/264 exhaust HKS cams
AFC 2
Defi BF ambers FP,EGT,Boost.

Mine is the tricky SOB .Maybe because i spend more time with others people cars and no time left for mine it has a boost problem. It hits 22 pounds hard but after 6000 rpms it start bouncing back and forth very fast from 17-19 making it loose a lot of power.I have fried my brain trying to get this issue solved with any luck.I know it looks like a boost leak but i could not find the SOB.

Maybe you can help me out.How can i make a boost leak test or how can i get this diagnose before you get here?

thats all for now AL please get back to me
Your boost problem is in your 02 housing - either it is not designed properly and you should revert back to stock - OR - you have not properly adjusted your wastgate actuator arm after installation

Al- I'm controlling with a Hallman MBC. I sold my greddy profec 2 old version wich was a great boost controller beacuse i tought it was the cause of the problem. Also sold my Ultimate racing IC pipes with HKS SSQV for the same reason after that with no luck to find the reason of the problem.

264/264 HKS cams
Injen Intake w/IC pipe
Magnaflow Ti cat back exhaust
Test pipe (unknown manuf.)
Helix Down pipe 3"
DPN Headers (will get more info)
MR bypass BOV

What other mods would you suggest.
Not a daily driven car. Solo 1 racing.
Looking for 350 whp, may be 11.5 sec 1/4 mile @115 mhp.
Never done any drag.

Its DNP as in DN Performance and it is a well crafted piece also very well recommended, strong construction and equal length, looks awesome too Anyways I would buy it, for the price its good and looks better than the JIC that is MEGA EXPENSIVE and looks horrible.

Cheers,
Randy

How much boost can I control with the MBC ?
Will it go to 25psi?
What intercooler upgrade would you recomend with my current setup + your advice or can I still use stock?
I've check the AMS, Nisei, greddy vspec and bushur deluxe ic.

Have you ever seen or blown an original tranny, or trans. case how much miles?
What are good octane boosters?
What tranny & trans case oil do you recomend?
I known these are a lot of Quest. but i'm trying to get the most out of the flash and also your expert advice, so I don't end up without a car 1week after the flash.

The MBC can do 225 or more psi peak on race fuel but most stock turbos fall down in boost

I just saw a new fmic by SS auto chrome which is very top quality and is almost a direct copy of the ams fmic at $400

Al, which BOV you recommend? My car is doing this stalling crap, only a bit but Im too picky and now Im pissed. Im selling my Greddy Type RS, also now I got tired of that super mega sound. Forge? Greddy Type S recirc, which one? Let me know, btw anyone interested in mine let me know.

Thanks,
Randy

I have had great success with the forge re-circulating bov - which I stock and sell for $150 shipped. On most cars it works very well - however sometimes it takes some tweaking with the two extra springs and extra shims that it comes with to dial it in for your car.

It comes in black and silver.

If you dont like it just send it back and I will refund you.
