I accomidate previous customers every business day with free updates - actually I charge $50 for shipping, (fed ex overnight), handling and overhead. Each and every day i spend at least 2 hours of time bench flashing various free updates from all over the country, boxing them and bringing them down to fed ex. You would be suprized how much time it takes to look up a customer's mods in my black book of tunes - make what ever small adjustments may be needed and all of this takes tme to do properly.
When I am on the road - paying my airfare, rental car and hotel expense I am available for custom retunes and new customers only. Time is usually at a premium on these tuning trips and i prefer NOT to do update tunes as it takes away time from those who have paid for a custom tune. If someone has booked a 2 hour spot they deserve this the whole 2 hours.
In any event - this is my policy. If I make an exception for you that means that I will be having to service free update tunes where ever I travel. I simply can not manage that both from a financial and time perspective.
In the future if you have matters to discuss with me I would suggest that you call me directly or Pm rather than hijacking a thread in this manner.
