In fact I've increased mine a bit since I posted in the 96530706 thread.

Here is what I'm using right now:
-26=361
0=240
18=150
45=80
68=45
93=14
122=8
171=7
180=7

Another happy starter! Works like a charm on first crank! I've been modifying these values to what seemed like drastic settings to me, but not to your levels. Thank you!

I've been ignoring my cold start issues sense I've been living in Louisiana since I purchased the car. Well I now live in Missouri and it's quite cold here and a lot of new issues are arising with the car.

Engine Setup
ID2000s
Built head with GSC S3s
Stock bottom end
E85 testing at ~60%
62mm turbo

ECU
Tephra V7 9653 with what I feel is the most up to date definition.
Wideband O2 Control

The car ran 10.6 on its current tune on street tires.

Symptons with the tune right now are;
Stutter only exists on light throttle, generally when coasting down a hill ( ~24% throttle )
When you clutch in the idle stumbles, AFRs drop to 11-12 then hunts its way back up.
Car has NEVER started in the cold, and the built head and ID2000s have only made it more difficult

I started today on a brand new v7 rom with stock values, and applied the following patches,
http://jeffbeagley.com/random/Tuning%20Notes.txt

Went to crank the car and it logged a IPW of 5ms
Backed off the initial cranking IPW and cranking IPW and got the ACTUAL cranking IPW around 2ms and the car would fire but not start.
Messed with the BFPW tables with no luck
Tried adjusting numerous ISCV tables with no luck, have adjusted the BISS multiple times with no luck as well.

The only way I can get the car to "start" is to lower the VE to around a calulcated VE of ~45% and the car will fire, start and hunt for an idle around 600rpms, then die.. but in my eyes thats a significant improvement. Only problem I see here is if I make it idle around the 45% VE it makes it VERY difficult to get an appopriate amount of VE for clutch out from a stop and the car will stall.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated, here is my VE map when the car runs fine 99% of the time, only issue is no cold start.

Link to a log of it trying to start VE was around 45%
