I believe the reason for that is that a dynojet is not a load bearing dyno like the mustang dyno. Based on another thread the md dyno produces loads very similar to the road. i think it was razorlab who tested this.

Agreed the point I was trying to make is the ar actually makes more power than the dyno reflects although the dyno is a relative tool in the end
