This illustrates the different pricing mechanisms by state. In IL it seems to be that E85 is priced at a fixed $0.50 or so less than 'regular' or lowest grade gasoline.

$33 to fill my evo with sunoco 93 in NYC. wish they had e85 here. heres the only place i found it in NYC.i can walk to it from my house.

They really need to spread the E85 wealth around. There just seems to be very few E85 stations on the east coast.
