What voltage is suggested for this? Also is there a way to add an led to this so it goes on when it switches to pump gas?

That one is fine. Just more wiring.. I bought a lcd with the dimmer modulator all ready installed. And only use 4 wires.
And u can use the Arduino clones. Work the same.just way chaeper.. here is what I use..
Stainsmart 1602 with the lcd dimmer in.built in.
And a arduino clome Elegoo uno r3
And yes the code is still for the 16x2 lcd

Hey so I uploaded the code onto my arduino but when I wired up the lcd I am getting nothing. It does boot up and the screen lights up but no info is being displayed however my laptop shows that the loop is running and there is info being captured (0% eth. I think). We added the libraries from the folder linked in post #1. Any idea on the problem? Maybe I'm missing a proper library? Thanks for the help in advanced!

normally when this happens, your SDA and SCL wires are backwards OR the POT on the back of the screen needs adjusted

If they doesnt work, u will need to check your I2C address. Using this here. This will spit out what the address of your I2C is so you can adjust it correctly in the code for the sensor
