[08:11:50.343] flashing tool "sti04" loaded.
[08:11:50.343] flashing tool "sti05" loaded.
[08:11:50.343] flashing tool "evo" loaded.

It says this vehicle interface does not support needed features, which is not what I got on my VIII when I was unable to connect due to a port issue, so maybe it's just not compatible.

However, just to be sure, check your Options>Port to make sure it's set to use the 1.3 OpenPort.

The only thing that comes up under Options-Port is COM3

Make sure you plug your cable in before you start the EcuFlash software or else it wont recognize it. Try resetting also, especially if you just installed the drivers.

You will get that message when the cable is not installed properly. Try reinstalling the drivers.
