Im a bit late on updating to 1.28 but finally did it. Now I can't seem to DL the ECU anymore. The box where you pick which ECU your going to dump, the box doesn't have any options to choose from. Any ideas?

Hmmm. Now I have a ecuflash.exe error. Now the program won't even open. I've tried re-installing and I get the same error. This isn't good right now.

 

I have been trying to get this program to work for 3 hours and Im still stumped. I just used it earlier today...

I tried to go back to 1.27 and I get errors, went back to 1.26 and have errors.

 

Sounds like your machine is getting corrupted or something.. Try a different machine for the time being..

 

It works on my desktop no problem.

Cool, what did the problem turn out being? Its probably good to post all the info and details because if its happened to you, it will eventually happen to someone else. (unless it was specific to your PC having an issue)

 

Well when I switched to 1.28, 1.27 didn't update properly and get rid of some of the old files. When I tried to un-install OpenECU it left a bunch of the datalog files and .dll files in the folder. All I had to do was delete everything in the Open ECU folder, re-install and bam it worked.
