Is it safe to increase by 0.2 bar
on an email flash set up for 1.4 bar?
Perhaps its not tuned for that but will i gain some power from it and more importantly will it dammage my car?

Was it a mail in flash or custom tune? And for what octane rating was it tuned for?
I know you guys have the higher octane gas, and the fact that people here run 1.6-1.7 bar on the evo 9's with 93 octane.
Moreover, the evo 9 ecu's have the extra 280 load (1.8bar) and the 300 load (2bar) columns, so tuners must enter AFR numbers for that.
so yes, i think it would be safe.

its tuned for 93/94 octane
My rom was sent in via email. With t a list of mods the only mistake was to tune for 1.4 bar instead of 1.6... am running 1.4 until further notice from the guy who is taking care of it for me.

1.6 bar equates to roughly 23.5psi. On 93/94 octane unless the tune was already at the ragged edge you will be okay running that amount of boost. The only thing that might complicate matters is ambient air temp.
Yes, but also the less effective your intercooler will be at dropping compressed temps. Further it means that the starting point and finishing point of the compressed air will all be higher. If you can log your current tune or let us know who it was (not the map mind you) that tuned it, go along way to offering advice. Incidentally what are your average daytime temps, or whatever time of day you usually are driving the car?

Temperatures vary between 20-50 degrees celcius. Depending on the season
I drive the car all the time... when its real hot outside say 40-50 degrees i drive it like as if it was anormal 4 cylinder i dont gun it around...
at night it gets better say around 25-30 degrees

20-50* isnt what I expected at all, I had previously thought 35-50+ would be typical dependant on season. I havent travelled much except in the fairly south and northern latitudes and nothing in the middle east, yet. My only "desert" experience is what you find in some American states.
Being that it has a Dynoflash its gonna be right near the edge of what 94 octane will be able to effectively handle. I am thinking that if I were to look I would see the "sea of 8's" in your timing tables. I wouldnt go higher than 1.6 bar (I do believe it will be okay) but I would reccomend if it was going to be a regular practice to increase the fuel octane you use if possible (even a few points).
