EcuFlash error message?

Just installed EcuFlash for the first time. Started the program and got the following:

[07:34:37.062] Version 1.30.1095
[07:34:37.062] 8 memory models read.
[07:34:38.171] 145 ROM metadata models read.
[07:34:38.171] checksum module "subarudbw" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "wrx02" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "wrx04" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "sti04" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "sti05" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "mitsukernel" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "mitsukernelocp" loaded.
[07:34:38.171] flashing tool "mitsubootloader" loaded.
[07:34:38.234] error loading FTChipID.DLL

Is the error in the last line something I should expect to see?...

No. Have you installed the cable already though? From what I remember that dll is from the drivers for the cable...

fwiw... I do not yet have the Tactrix cable, so if there are drivers installed when it's connected that may be the issue...

Have you had the cable installed on this machine before? And is this a clean install of 1.30 or did you have a previous version on before?

I am new to the ECUFlash and just recently downloaded the software and wanted to try it and got the same error. I should get my cable in the next two days and will try it again then. Thanks to you all.

[02:15:40.584] flashing tool "mitsubootloader" loaded.
[02:15:40.584]No response to any known code

It tells me to check the error log, but i have no clue where that is.. any help with where error log is and what this "NO RESPONSE TO ANY KNOWN CODE" means.

Did a search and found out it maybe low voltage, so I hooked up charger to batt. and still same error message.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
