that would be nice, the last load column does look considerably richer than the adjacent one, but I think it's just a fuel pressure problem. When I go above 37psi there's nothing I can do to richen it up, the IDC's rise way over 100%

my fuel system consists of the buschur twin pumps and PTE 1000cc injectors on Q16. I have a fuel rail on the way from Buschur and I want to see if that helps or not. The inlet to the rail is pretty small. I haven't disabled the relief valves on the pump yet, and if all else fails, I'll likely upgrade to 1200cc+ injectors.

I love your videos, the way you can rev it really makes your power band quite decent despite a large turbo and only 2.0 liters.

How are you all seeing so much load? I am only hitting 285ish on an FP Green, 93 oct, Revolver cams, boost at 26 lbs.

If I can go higher...I guess I should push the limits a bit. Am I too timid with AFR going from 12.5 down to 10.9 at 7800? I try to keep it as close to 11.4 as possible for a WOT pull.

there's your answer...you aren't moving nearly the amount of air as a bigger turbo/built head will.

Thanks for the candid answer.

I have my fuel and timing maps scaled to 300; should I scale them to 320 to give a margin of "safety" should I get a cool day and a boost spike going up hill?

Yeah I know I am reaching....I just want to be safe.

the ecu isn't going to stop sending fuel if you go past 300

Are you guys talking about 2byte load or calculated load?

Drifto- 2 byte load

Mellon- It doesnt stop sending fuel but it will go into a downward spiral after the last 20% of load from the last cell.

What I have found on fuel maps with the stock MAF is that the numbers between 200 and 379 are pretty much always the same. I can have a car that runs 11.3 AFR with a cell value of 10.6 at 240 and runs 11.3 at 320 with a cell value of 10.6. Run it past though and it will start to dip rich much as time will drop aggressively after the last scaled value goes "off map".

Mellon - Did you get a chance to test out if the limit for IPW has increased to see if it richened up the higher load cells w/o having to adjust your fueling map? Just looking to verify since I'll be soon joining the big turbo/stock ecu crowd and will be pushing the limits as well.

Just checking in to see if you received your fuel rail and were able to test

Would you guys recommend using 2byte load then instead of 1byte load?

I ask because I hit 300 on stock turbo @ 22psi. LOL

1 byte load is still good, just change the scaling from 1.2 to something bigger.
