I solved my problem for the same code: Found out the CD rom eject button was getting pressed on my laptop in the seat causing a driver conflict that would only manifest while trying to flash.

Time to place the laptop where it used to be.



Ooops, the other plug has the ground going through it, but I know only one wire is used on the other "white" connector. Can't be right all the time, what can I say? But at least I found the prob I was having with the silly eject button
