bescause of al at dynoflash i cant do this. i uploaded my rom, and 1st of all it says 2004 when its an 05, and all my maps say INF or have crazy numbers, i tried ecu unlock buti cant do ****.so i cant transfer my maps to tephras, and cant even get the correct immbolizer code i dont think. it read 4201. no letters or anything. i cant even get 4201 to come up on tephras map under immobilizer code.

 

You are probably using the wrong definition file.

That's because he changed your rom id. You will need to change it back to what it should be through a hex editor. You will need to find out what the correct rom id for your car is and put it in the following address: F52.

So about the RPM drop talk.... I got mine set at 500 rpms and i hit the limiter sometime when i shift slowly. But isn't bouncing on that limiter kind of good, cause it keeps the boost up? (i had no KC on my log when that happened)

loll got some wiseguys up in here lol its all good. a downloaded a hex editor and i opened the rom and it was all a bunch of letters and numbers and weird stuff so im gonna try a differen tprogram

 

i think i just dont know wtf i am looking at on this hex editor its confusing the crap ouuta me.. not literally tho lol

 

Is anyone having difficulty logging with EvoScan after loading these patches into their respective ECU's?

EvoScan wiggs out everytime I try to log with the patch.

When I re-load my ROM prior to loading in the patch, EvoScan works fine.

Any suggestions? I would like to not have to load an old ROM everytime I want to log..

 

if i already have a prexisting flash from a vendor, what parts of the flash should i add to the roms that tephra offers? fuels, etc? could someone make a list? in my free time this week im going to run through and copy the obvious values and work out the kinks. any help would be greatly appreciated though! thanks.
