This is exactly what i was trying to say...........

Anyone havings problems with massive amounts of knock (decreasing oct flag) when shifting? Ive got the drop set to 750, would raising that help? Im assuming that messing with the fuel maps wouldnt help, due to this being fuel cut. But what about the timing maps?

no knock on nlts on my car.

however I have worked my moderate load timing cells in the past. can you tell if it is the decel or the accel that is hitting you?

Here is a log that starts with a launch. I had observed the knocking on the two-step, but my oct flag is normal by the time the car gets moving. With the NLTS, this isnt the case. I guess I just need to work those of areas of my tune out. Im going to try it out at 1000, as well.

And I just noticed how crappy the resolution is on today's logs. I was playing with it, and I think I need to change some settings back.

Wow, that sure is some crappy resolution lol. Is your downpipe hitting one of the fins on your transfer case or the oilpan???? Its odd to get that exact amount of knock once the clutch is harshly engaged, which makes me think its drivetrain related.

Try doing a log while letting the clutch out nice and easy and see if it still knocks between shifts like that.

As far as knock on the two-step, do a slowww ramp to the two step, don't just floor it. The knock should go away.

^ very true.... if you give it a few quick revs before diving into it, that helps as well

Did anyone elses ECUScan stop working after these modifications?

I get wrong integer error in Evoscan now, even when I go back to stock XML and stock flash.
