Meth and knock!

I have some knock counts between 4800 rpm and 6800 rpm as high 10 counts in a few spots. My afr is 11.5 - 11.8 in this area. My pulls were logged in 3rd at WOT. Car is set to 27 lbs of boost. My question is this, to get rid of the knock to I A. retard the timing to bring down the knock, or B. turn down the boost. or C. something I'm not thinking of..lol. When I initially had the car tuned, there was very little to no knock, but the weather was about 10 - 15 degrees warmer. Any suggestions you guys could give will be greatly appreciated. I would post the map but it is a vendor purchased map and I wouldn't do that to them.

I have 6 logs. They all tell the same story...I suppose I could post them when I get home if it would help, just not the map.

The best thing to do is look to see where the knock events occur and find the related section in the timing map and retard the timing a bit until the knock begins to come down, then you know you are on the right track.

Another question, could my meth kit which was installed last weekend, effect my plugs in any way? I haven't checked them after seeing knock.

As long as you're running a reasonable gap and AFR, they'll be just fine.

From what I have heard, if you are getting break up from the plugs, it will be very obvious and you will feel it.

What kind of timing are you running? A log would really help.
