Hey guys,
Just letting you know im back from holidays - so this week I will be putting up the V5 thread, and slowly doing ROMID's for V5.
Probably not much point in testing V4
Cheers

Oh sweet finally a non-UTEC based map switching for the 9!! Thanks Tephra!
I do not/have never had the ICS system. what type of button is used so I know what to hook-up? SPDT? DPDT? momentary? on? on/off? Push to interupt? Thanks

I still need to update the diagrams but you should find a 4.7v 1 watt Zener Diode online or at a local electronics store, rather than the 5v zener diode avaliable at radioshack. With its low tolerance, it could exceed exceed 5v and possibly damage the ADC input circuit/ECU. Its not too likely but Tephra feels better having people staying below the 5v mark.

I believe tephra added a table to determine whether you want to use the alt map harness OR the ICS switch to switch maps in v5.0. Do you have a beta test version of 5.0 or v4? Ideally, if you have the alt map harness, you want to use just that to switch maps. If you turn the switch ON, it locks the ECU in the Alt maps so the ICS switch can't shut it off. What do you have the Alt Map switching point set to in ECUFlash? The normal function of the ICS switch should still work fine (i.e; turn the ICS auto mode on or off and manually spray the IC).

Yeah V5 was the first to support the altmap switching harness (well V4.7 but that wasn't public)
Also in V5 you choose EITHER AutoICS OR ADC0F for switching, not both
Cheers

This is probably a newb question, but I am currently on the 88590013 and I want to switch to the newer 88590015 with stock tables and v5 patch. After this v5 patch is completed for 88590015 can I just use that bin file, or do I need to copy the tables over from a stock 88590015 bin file? TIA
