EcuFlash and Vista
Well I just picked up a new laptop with Vista. Seemed like Ecuflash DL great and no hiccups on the install. Same went for Evoscan 2.3 (yes 2.3 is out in beta format) Once this tornado warning passes Ill head to the car and see if everything connects.
FYI, Im using Home premium.

I'm running 64bit Vista also and ran into a similar problem with Evoscan. Here's how I got things working. I changed the properties for the executable to Run as Administrator. The first time I ran Evoscan after this change, it asked me for the registration code and everything's been fine since. I don't recall if I had to do the same for ECUFlash, but I don't think I did. Hope this helps.
