MAP switching issue on Evo 9

Installed the MAP switch on an Evo 9 IAW with the instructions from JOT. When the switch is ON I get 4.6v to the pin. I logged custom request 83 and it shows the the switch is ON it reads like 236, OFF reads 0. We cant get the car to actually switch MAPS though. We tried v5.10 and v5.0 and the same thing happened both times. We zeroed out the ALT maps for boost and had the LOAD at 200 and the car still boosted 25psi on the ALT maps.
Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

Could be a simple fix...verify that the 'Use alt map on adc01' option is turned on under the mods menu.

adc01 is option is on with "1" in the box. I tried different combinations of turning on the other eatures too.

When you look at the harness to install the pin by the diagram you look at it from the wire side correct?

log 0x8429, 0 = normal maps, 3 or 4 = altmaps...

How do I add that to Evoscan? I know how to add request 83 at the bottom for custom request, but not 0x8429.

pick a free MUT request (44 if you want)

edit the MUT table - overwrite 44 with 0x8429.

log MUT44 like you normally would in evoscan..
