Thanks,

I ran one of the earlier 2.6 betas in a VMware Fusion XP VM on my Macbook Pro. The USB sample rates were very slow which is to be expected. To maximize EvoScan, I would install a native XP on a small partition on your macbook. I recommend setting aside 15GB-20GB.

Thanks for the input. I'm not sure I understand all of it, (ha!,) but I'll keep that in mind. Once I pick up the hardware/software, expect some pm's from me.

Thanks again,
-Ben

I am running the gunzo maps which should be about 11.8 afr in wot, but I am hitting 12.3. and I know it is unsafe I went back to the stock map when I saw this on my wideband.
What mods and what Gunzo map?

I had to modify my Gunzo 93 map a fair bit in the fuel department since I had an aftermarket FMIC because I was seeing low 12's for AFR's also at first. I've since dialed it back down to 11.5-11.6.

everyone is aware that the 3d boost tables are NOT correct in terms of the X axis - its not throttle %.

i am looking to find out exactly what it is, but yeah... something else to think about

I figured this a while ago, but I didn't have the time to figure it out. Looking forward to what you find.

Yes, which is idle table is the correct one to set idle for the X? I want to know how to lower or raise the idle. Not sure which table it is.

If my fuel trims are way out of line aka +12.5 but I had tuned my AFR's accordingly via my wideband and it seems to be running the right AFR at the moment, should I even bother trying to dial my fuel trims back down to zero?

its the actual throttle plate position .. but they are close enough

I think renaming how we call things should make it easier ..

APP = Accelerator Pedal Position ( per FSM)
TPP = Throttle Plate Position (I made this up )

This may be a stupid question but can I use the cable that came with my accessport to use with ecuflash. It would be awesome if I could.

Ok guys i need a little help! Im getting an error message with my ecuflash when I try to connect to my ecu, I drive a 2010 evo x. Here is the error message and the options it gives me.

Unknown ROM Image

EcuFlash could not recognize this ROM image using any of the current definitions. You can choose one of the following options:

- Abort using this ROM image (with no chace of saving)

- Continue using this ROM image with no definition (no editiong or viewing, but saveable)

-Use wizard to create a new definition (NOT RECOMMENDED!!! -FOR DEVELOPERS ONLY)

Does anyone know why it is doing this?? How can I fix it?? Why doesn't it show me my maps??

thanks
