evoscan cable question
how can i tell what cable i have for evoscan
does anyone have pictures of the pin side of the larger plug?
how many pins are the ecuflash capable cables
if memory serves me right mine has 6 pins but i have to look at it again
i want to load the maps that were saved in the ecu

if im not mistaken it is a tactrix cable
but for some reason i cant get it to read the ecu
im going to try the ecu unlocker tomorrow
too much rain here so im not going to do any logging until it clears up

I think you have an earlier version of the cable, since on mine:
- my black OBDII connector has 7 pins (two more on the left, one at the very bottom, one more two pins up from that, but missing the one on the right at the bottom compared to your pic)
- my white programming connector has 3 pins attached
- my white programmin connector is T'd off the same cable as the OBDII port connector and doesn't have the red terminal connector shown in your picture attached to the white connector (I think maybe this means that my cable get programming voltage power from the computer's USB port, but maybe you have to connect 5V or 12V power to the red terminal? I don't know though, that's just a guess).
