27 pages to sift through is a lot. I got a pinout for my 90 FWD laser from eyebrowski a while back and am just now making the harness. However, I want to run SD. What's the best way to go about this? I run it on my Evo, so I'm aware of the sensors needed as far as the AIT sensor and the MAP sensor. Just not sure where they go and where they wire in.

Why are you guys getting codes being thrown? I havent had any check engine lights well except for one that was my fault but it went away soon as I fixed it. hummmm wonder why Im not getting any codes, it runs just like its the stock one only smoother.

Are you guys all using the 96530006 ROM? When asking about issues like this, be sure to specify your ROM ID # because it helps us troubleshoot the issue better. I have NOTHING hooked up to pin 41 (Generator FR Terminal) on my Evo 8 ECU and I never get any P0622 codes. Do you have anything hooked up at that pin location?

Was wondering if anyone is really keeping a simplified list of the basic swap info, including correct wiring diagrams in one spot? Its getting hard to sift through 20+ pages. I know there were wiring diagram tweaks for both ISC and O2 heater pins. Also has anyone confirmed whats gotta be wired up for AC? I know there was a question about one of the wires tied to the AC system on the EVO side.

IZ'm in the process of opening up a shop right now bit I plan to go hog wild with the details involved since I plan on forcing a lot of 1G/2G guys I know to do this lol. I may make conversion harness' too if I have the time.

I want to construct roms that are direct replacements for certain cars with stock injectors and stock Maf and stuff) so they start up on the first try with no CEL's. I should have plenty of cars to work with. If anyone comes across anyone selling evo8 ecu's at a reasonable price, pm me. I have about 5 people who want them.

Good luck with the shop! My ecu, harness, and dead 1g ecu should be on the way for me to start getting a harness put together. It will be nice to dump my Eprom and Maftpro setup.

p0135
p0141
p0110
p0622

Couple of o2 codes, the alt code and i forget what the other was. Any suggestions?

After 3 months of no issues, I just started to throw the p0622 code. I am on the 9563 rom. I am working on it to see what the deal is. i started to throw this code after I had a big over heating issue and had to tear into a bunch of the electrical for the cooling system. Also just after swapping my turbo. No other changes. Wierd. It ran for a long time with out throwing a code. I have to look at pin 41 to see if I have that hooked up.

I can tell you I have nothing on PIN 41.

Still waiting on my EVO knock sensor. Quick question, and please avoid the "you dont want to run without a knock sensor you will melt your motor" is it better to leave the 1g sensor hooked up or unplugged? Not tuning WOT or any boost right now, just idle, cruise and part throttle, or is there a simple disable bit in the code so its not affecting my tuning for now.
