had some 1235 and 1241's this weekend that when disabled caused lots of other random codes when on the 2-step for one car and the other only when it got to 13psi (30r turbo). I had to disable all but the last one for it to behave again. If this has been covered in the last 11 pages, it probably should be added to the first post as a FYI

Well, just got back a while ago from the dealership.

Here is what they found. I think Tephra is right and they kept asking if my CAN was unplugged because it looked like it couldn't talk to itself, maybe since the DTC codes were disabled? So maybe this is because my torque tables aren't set right?

Here is what I got from them.

it seems to work better with the limit tables altered and DTC disabled. I've had good luck with the limit tables increased by 5-7 % from 65%throttle and higher and 3000rpm and higher. I interpolated the rest to make a smooth transition. Drove home without the ASC OFF light coming on.

On cars with stock turbo 5% seems to work fine.

I wonder where for the 3582 at 27psi?

Its all trial and error. I started doing the 5% earlier this year and it worked great. I've had some come back that needed to tweak a little more. I never really had any issues with it. Then I tried the DTC disable since alot easier to do. It still takes me about 5 minutes to alter the limit tables and its all --- highlite, shift then *, 1.05, then highlite, v to vertically interpolate, highlite, then H to horizontally interpolate etc etc, Then do the same to 5 other limit tables.

Just be carefull of altering any of the regions where you are out of boost too far since small changes will trigger "not enough airflow codes" at the drop of a hat. Larger less responsive turbos than stock may even need the low RPM columns to hover around 100 load for another 500-1000 rpm to avoid issues so you are actually reducing target load at low RPM's and raising it more than a stock turbo at higher RPM's with the middle range being about the same. Granted with everything disabled it shouldn't matter that much but I feel better with my tables knowing that they are only attempting to trigger the limp modes under rare circumstances.

yes, I'm asking on a daily basis because the car is a pain to drive now. If required, I am ready to donate to your account. But its unbearable having a car with all these issues.
