Tephra, is the info on that page correct concerning 1 byte load being raw load?

Is there anyway to view the fuel or timing maps AND graphs at the same time? On my lap top, the maps are now so big, I have to scroll over to see the graph. This makes smoothing the map a little harder for me. Anyone?

mark, please use obd scantech (free) or evoscan to figure out what the code is and post the code. it should easily be fixed or a solution can be provided.

I feel like I should be able to find the answer to this by searching, but I'm having trouble.

I'm running v7 and just recently removed the rear O2 so I could put a wideband in that bung. I thought that by running the rear O2 heater patch included with V7 and the heater CEL disable, I could remove the sensor completely without doing any sort of resistor mod. Anyhow, I immediately got a P0141 rear O2 sensor code. I even then tried toggling FAA periphery bit 1 to turn off the CEL and that didn't work either.

What is the right way to do this? I don't have an extra bung for this sensor. I assume that if I leave it plugged in I'd have a hot sensor to contend with?

Thanks for any help.

FAA bit1 doesnt turn the cel off, it disables the rear o2 all together.

what do you have the rear o2 simulator set to in the tephra menu? sounds like you missed a option.

Just wondering what everyone's opinions are on 96530006 vs 94170015 for the guys that are using either, or have tried both.

Hey guys, I am running one of the first versions of the 9417. Converted my cranking IPW tables, and went to enter my 14v latency value into the Start IPW latency mcsec and it only goes to 1020 mcSec. I got cold starts down, but warm/hot starts take quite a while and I have to floor it. The values for 122-180 degrees are at 0.2 currently.

I don't know if the reason why I am having these troubles is due to the 1020 mcSec max (1.200 is my 14v latency), and I am wondering if the latest version of 9417 has these issues fixed.

If anyone else is also running FIC 1450's and has advice that would be great,

-Will

I have the rear O2 simulator set to "1" in the tephra mods menu.

So, I should be able to make this work with the rear O2 sensor out of the car?
