Is the clutch switch required for launch maps to work correctly?

Any updates on the possibility to use launch maps as anti-lag in-between shifts?

NLTS can help you with that

there's no elaborating to do, lol.

1) Turn on NLTS
2) hold ~11psi during shifts
3) ???
4) profit!

I am currently not using launch maps and I cut pretty consistant low 1.7 - low 1.6 60 fts on street tires. Obviously if I am not using launch maps I am not building any boost off the line & I am launching at 0 psi. If I setup a launch map to have me build say between 8-12psi on the line how would this help with my 1/4 mile times?? I don't see this helping my 60 fts at all, if anything maybe make them worse due to spinning more off the line. I am assuming if I was still able to cut 1.6 60 fts while using a launch map at 10psi or so this would help lower my 330 time, correct?? If my 330 time is faster then my overall 1/4 mile ET & MPH should be as well. From mid 300whp to mid 400whp I have been able to cut the same 60 fts without launch maps & I want to make sure that if I decided to spend the time setting one up that it would benefit me. I also want to make sure I won't have to change how I launch my car because of now launching with boost. I run an unsprung 6 puck clutch so there is only so much I can slip the clutch. I preload her as far as she will go then let her rip & that is how I have done it for 40k miles. Any feedback on this would be appreciated!!

I have my launch rpm set to 5900rpm and I build some boost. I plan on raising that to 6250. If I set the launch maps on, I get almost full boost within 3 or 4 seconds. Having to retard timing and add fuel is more for big boy turbo's that need the spool on the line to get all the benefits during first gear.

how much boost do yall make when stepping before launching? I only can get to 7 I would like to get to 10 pounds but I dont know if you lower timing or increase it at the point of the limiter.

Also I know this is really flamer for me to ask but how can I create the bang noise with a little flame without meth? I like it because it sounds really aggressive. But I was just curious. Do I just keep adding fuel into that table until it does what I want?

Yeah I know it used to mainly be used with big turbos to get them spooled before the lights dropped but it seems that a lot of people with stock frame/stock turbos are using it now also. My 2 step is set between 6150-6200 and I am happy with that right now as it seemed to work well with my setup and help me cut a 1.64 60 ft this past weekend. But if it will also help lower my overall ET & up my MPH then I am willing to try it out. I was just wondering if anyone was in a similar situation to me with cutting good 60 fts with no launch maps and tried it and it actually helped them run faster...

Correct, more fuel but not too much to flood your engine though...

ok gotcha im using the stock tephra fuel map so im assuming that is rich as well and my timing is around 4-5 degrees. Im going to lower it tonight to make more boost and then add more fuel for the bang effect and a little bit of flames

also I have 880 cc injectors I got them at %50 percent right now, how much more power can I make with them before they need to be upgraded? Im currently at 230-250hp right now. Im thinking there good until 350 right?

It's not so much about power as much as it is about boost level. At 50% IDC you've still got plenty of headroom.
