Not yet Fostytou. The guy has a software which for the moment can only read Lancer ECU on CAN, the software is fully in russian and is preety expensive for what it can offer. He never seen an ACD ECU until now.

I will come with a read out of the Evo X ACD in a weeks or so. I'm working for a month.

great job Hamish - thanks a lot
Can you please confirm that you still have a working cable in your posession?
May I have your pinout, what kind of cable do you have and is it working with ACD/AYC on other cars?
I have the exactly same combination, ACD doesn't respond, all actuators time out.

My configuration is evo ix edm, 1.3u cable, pin 9 broken off, pins 1 and 15 continuity confirmed, evoscan versions 2.6 beta, 2.7 beta, 2.7, 2.8.

I have a friend with a similar cable, he has tried to perform the same on his EDM evo ix, nothing.

Openport 2.0 doesn't seem to work at all, so I guess it's out of the question.

Can anyone elaborate please?

Hey everyone,

just wondering if anyone has the xml file for the ralliart K1 and K2 roms. a mate just came over and happend to have a K1 ecu which i have pulled from the ecu but cannot open it.

can mail to gavin@revnett.com if it's easier.

i too am having issues logging the ayc, i have a 1.3 cable, evoscan 2.8, and have removed pin 9 and swapped pin 1 to 15. i can connect but not trigger any actuators or the pump nor get any data logged. the data is static..

also massive kudos to eveyone who has contributed here! i've spent a long time reading all the info here and managed to pull my first rom down last night from my stock 7...

What updates do you need? There is a schematic of the adapter cable you need to make up to flash. I you have an OP2, ECUflash 1.43.3000 or higher and have made up the cable, your good to go. xmls are also available from posters in this thread.

Another person said in their testing of the ACD they killed a unit due to high clamping pressure. I'm wanting to say it was the user "sba" in another thread. I don't remember exactly it was a few months ago I read that.

I simply want to hear more about this so I feel comfortable. So I figure if people are flashing, why not share up your changes and observations?

Do we think all the kinks are worked out? I'm simply waiting in the shadows until I hear more about it. Seems like only a select few are doing this and we've heard almost nothing about what kind of changes to make to effect oversteer/understeer.

I'm somewhat interested in figuring out the settings for the best straight line fuel economy as well. It seems different ACD modes change rolling resistance from my observations.

So to clarify, I wasn't asking for hand holding. I'm asking for more people to report how it works for them. Was it worth it? Anyone breaking anything?

Is it possible in the future to be able to flash the ACD directly through the OBD-II port? Or can it only be read/logged through that port?

Very interested in this work. Once I get the resources (no idea where to get the ACD connectors) I wanna try this.

I have successfully flashed my ACD unit several times now with great results. If you follow the schematic and put in some ingenuity with the harness, you are good to go. You cannot 'guess'
on the maps and what to do with them. You must be able to log and have some track time in order to modify these tables (somewhat pricey), but it truly works. Good luck!

The one on the first page that you dl. It took me all of 5 minutes to make a harness, although I do have all the wiring and terminals at my disposal...

If you want, I can make you one. PM me for details.

it would be nice if tactrix or evoscan would create a flashing cable for the acd. i'd rather buy a cable since i don't have time and access to the plugs, etc.
