ok.. so im having sum issues with my ecuflash.. the obd inspection and the phreriphry are acting crazy.. they where working.. now wen open them and on the column where you can change the numbers it says no matches.. y is that?.. i ahvent made no changes.. all ive done was try to install evuflash 1.29 and for the nlts+valet+knock patch i had to change it cause i did the one for the 1.30 and below and i have 1.42.. and now im having this issue.. any ideas.. i never seen this before..it wont even let me change the no match to numbers..

are you using the same laptop to open your car's rom? maybe you don't have the XML tephra files loaded in your metadata folder in ecuflash in order to read those bits/information from the ECU??

I'm no ecu guru by any means... but that could definitely be the problem. Sound's like you're using another computer that doesn't have the files. I may be wrong. hope this helps.

Yea im using my personal laptop.. Everything has been working for a bit now.. I did all the patches and all wotked fine.. But wen I installed ecuflash 1.29 then deleted cause I relised I didnt need it to run the nlts patch.. Cause I could just use my
1.42..

 

Afta deleting the 1.29 things started acting up.. But one thing I noticed is wen I opened my rom on the 1.29 it was doin that..

 

I think you should completely wipe all installations of both ecuflash's... reinstall the most recent, re-download the most recent XML's from Tephra... that will more than likely fix the problem. Be sure to completely delete any residual folders after uninstall of software. Reboot after every step/task/instruction/uninstallation/installation.

Naw, that's separate. You can leave EvoScan alone. (Unless it's an old version... would be nice to update) but one thing at a time.

A clean install will fix your problem. Sounds like when it was upgrading you got a glitch.

 

how do i go about deleting the ecuflash.. this damn thing wont let me.. it says uninstall for folder.. and wen i hit uninstall it does nothing.

 

i fixed it.. i just went to the evoscan site.. and uploaded the 1.42 version again.. and it fixed everything.. i think wen i installed the 1.29 while still having the 1.42 things got mixed.. but thanks for the help guys..
