For what it's worth, when I refurbed my pump with a dying motor the fluid was still pouring out of the bleed points, front and rear. Bleeding should definitely produce fluid at a flowing rate. You should also be able to hear the pump running, make sure you've loosened off the bleed nipples enough too.
In general, I would not say that I bled something if no fluid came out. I'm sure that you know this and I'm just being a pedantic pain in the butt; I'm mostly saying this because, as I search around read all the threads, I keep coming across very confusing posts.
I wish I knew more about bleeding Xs, in particular, so that I could help. I assume that you have had someone with their head in your trunk to verify that the new pump comes on when you set the car to run and floor the gas (or do whatever you need to do with EvoScan to activate the pump). If that's another insulting question, just tell me to buzz off and I will.

Yeah I know it`s not really bleeding the system if nothing comes out, but I didn`t really have to many options, I ran the program 3 times and nothing was comming out. Now that the car has run for a week, the fluid level has dropped (and was refilled) so I might be able to bleed it again and have it work, I`m hopping it didn`t work before just because there was to much air because everything was taken off. As far as the pump making noise...how noisy is this supposed to be? With the key ON and the program running there is a humming sound from the back, but I don`t know if it`s the awc pump or the fuel pump. The screen for the awc on the dash was showing movement, and the fluid level did go down from driving, that should mean it works right?
Now with the warning comming up, since I can`t check the codes, what are the causes of the warning comming up? Low fluid level in the tank, and a bad pump. What else could it be? Could a low fluid level of ATF in the diff cause the warning to come up? I will try to bleed the system again this weekend, but bleeding the system again probably won`t get rid of the warning and make it work again would it?

Hi
So the warning has been coming up everytime I turn the car on, the other day I go to the store and the warning doesn`t come up...figured I had passed the bug. Stop at teh gas station, light comes back on...damn it. The fuild level went back up, like from the low mark to between max and the top of the bottle? Whats up with that. Now yesterday I stop at that same store again, and again the light didn`t turn on? Driving home for 15 minutes and then it it came back on. Fluid is still way high. The store parking does have a incline. What could be the cause of the warning not comming on when I park in that parking lot? I`ll be bleeding the system this weekend.

So, I check the fluid level in the diff, it`s good. I tryed to bleed the system again. There is no way to get fluid to come out if the center diff. I did get fluid out of the rear diff. Could that just be gravity making it come out? (I don`t know how the system is done on the inside). There doesn`t seem to be any pump noise in the trunk, how loud is this poump supposed to be?
This sucks i`m always getting problems that no one in the world ever had...getting sick of this car.

Okay, Its not the cars fault. Let get that straight. You choose to drive your car with out properly bleeding the system. (wether it be due to a malfuntion with in the system or fault of your own) It should not have been driven with out the system bled. There are countless threads on how vital proper fluid levels in your diffs are.
If you don't have fluid coming out of the center part of the diff, your diff level is not good
Take it to a professional before you do any more damage or have a catastrophic failure.
***You should open a new thread in the Engine/Turbo/Drivetrain section. Its not the software thats failing you****

Ok so the rebuilt pump is probably screwed up then. Because there is no noticable noise at all.
As far as the professional...most of then are just amatures actually, kids fresh out of school. Open the bleeder screw push the ON botton on the computer...nothing comes out. They will do it the same as me.
What I really needed to know was the noise...so the pump is still not working. I can take it from there...Thanks O Fark

I'd pay for anything that would reflash AWC ECU to implement the TSB on AYC pump going bad at low temperatures.

The TPS disable and reprogram would be nice too.
