Finally got my Tactrix cable yesterday, so I went and got a cheap laptop (Aspire 32bit/Windows7) today and am attempting to download Evoscan.

I purchased it from a vendor, and have the serial code in hand.

When I load the software update page on their website, there is no link or donload to be found, no matter how many times I log in/out/refresh/anything I can think of.

I did recieve a link. I can click it, and nothing will happen. All of my devices are like this : desktop, laptop, phone, ipad..

Open a support ticket. They will email you back with a new link. They answer back fast.

That is actually the first thing I did.

My tuner says their website is not working properly, but he hooked me up with the download in the meantime.

Once you're logged in, you have to click software updates. It will have the download link there. If it's not there, then they haven't updated your account on their server yet.

 

Yeah, that's what I did. Their website is no bueno.

I have it now, but it will not connect to the ECU.........but ECUFlash works fine........

 

Got it all working properly, ROM downloaded, and now HOTMAIL goes down. FML. Lol.
