New EVODROID7 EvoScan Android GPS/Logger/Reflashing CarPC Touchscreen Review
The NZ Post tracking number is saying that "details have not been entered into the system blah blah" Have they been shipped by DHL?
Thanks, Lawrence
hi mate, only two shopping carts from you that had no checkout payments. 8220 and 8221. If you send me an email with your paypal transaction id, I can take a good look around for it.
Yep check back later, it travels across NZ with courierpost, before handoff to DHL at Auckland airport, then the scans are entered on to the website.
I'd like to order but i have a few questions before i do. What kind of audio processor is on the DAC on the aux output?? I'm putting together a nice system and was needing a 24 bit / 192khz output (getting rid of the head unit). I doubt you'd have that high quality of a component built in, which leads me to my next question. If i attach a powered USB hub to the device, will i still be able to properly run the following things through the hub:
External usb DAC (to act as sound card)
Joycon Exr (to maintain steering wheel controls)
USB Drive (to act as expandable/removable HD)
Maintain proper datalogging
Maintain Flashing of ECU
Let me know if this is all possible. I've been researching tablets for a while for my setup, and this evodroid option is very appealing.

Also, if I were to place an order right now, when is the earliest and absolute latest it will ship out?
I have a 1.3U cable.
On the website it says.
" get the same display items as EvoScan. The dimensions of the display unit is 18cm by 11cm, and has an EvoScan USB adapter plug for your OpenPort 1.3U cable, which plugs directly into your vehicles 16pin diagnostic port under the dashboard. "
Does that mean i don't need the 1.3DA cable? Since my 1.3U cable has a normal size USB plug, is the adapter pretty much a normal usb to mini usb adapter so it can plug into the Android7 device?
Do I need to buy the 1.3DA cable for all the features to function as described in post #1.
The 1.3DA has a built in right angle usb plug correct?
Sorry, but I still don't understand the USB Dongles (wifi or bluetooth). Is there a picture of this? Where does it connect to and what is its function? Does it connect when the Android7 is connected to OBDII port. Is it so your phone or pc can get wifi off that device and to read the logs without connecting the device via USB? Or is it so it can send the logs/information wirelessly to phone/laptop?
Thanks!

It's a bit fiddly but once you know how it works it's not too hard.
I can link a copy of the template if you want...
