V2.9 evoscan shift data to left into logging note header is normal
My data begins in logging note column. Why is this? What the heck is going on. I need to be able to trust this program with my engine's life! Lol
It appears any spot that would be blank the data fills that column: ie if I don't log afr map aswell te next item on the list slides over .

Are you selecting "Display Selected Items Only?"
The only time I get the issue you mentioned is when I select that and then deselect an item. I was told by others that it had to do with permissions but I find it hard to believe since it was never an issue before.

It's happening when all items are displayed while logging my typical 8-10 items not logging to screen seeing 125 samples/s

I had a similar case in which the log file .czv would get messed up, items displayed under the wrong title. That was a sign that the ecu is going bust & I had to replace it. Hopefully it's not the same case with you. I've read that the ECU has a max number of flashes before getting the memory permanently damaged & that's around 150-200 times

I will, 2.9 has been working for 3 months with no issues then after logging and flash otro dia started to do funny things.
My spare laptop which has 2.9 and has always worked flawless yielded the same results.

In my case the ecu gradually deteriorated, it stopped reading knock & the engine started audibly knocking even with conservative timing! I was forced to replace it.
Get a secondhand ecu, $100-$150 I guess...
In your case get two, you'll probably run it out of flashes in no time with all that ALS experimentations LoL
