The timing in your log is still in the 15-20 range, not in the negatives like your launch map has. Seems like your launch map isn't activating.

what is your launch map tps set to? It looks like 90% in your picture but kinda hard to see, if so then you didn't get into the launch maps because you only went 70% throttle in that log.

Please correct me if i'm wrong but i think Evos have fuel cut, so there is almost no extra fuel to burn when launching. Could this be part of your problem?

 

You're correct in that the evo uses fuel cut rather than ignition cut, however there's still enough fuel for pops, bangs and flames with an aggressive launch map. The issue here is that the OP's launch map TPS threshold is 90% but he's only going up to ~70% TPS, so launch maps never get activated.
