Excel problems

I am using excel to view my datalogs from evoscan but every time I try to open them in excel this keeps happening. I know absolutely nothing about computer files, and have know idea what this even says.

You need to import the CSV, that is what raw CSVs normally look like if you opened it in something like notepad.

Assuming you are using Windows right click on the file, go to 'open with...' and select excel. As red says you are opening the file using notpad
