I realize it has nuthing to do with my shop or tuner. I was putting in my 2cents in reference to true dyno numbers from the shops dyno dynamic facility to your dynojet facility.

Exactly my point. I was there first on hand assisting the customer. You for example if someone is going to post up a comment like that and you were there from start to finish.. logged boost and air fuel and was completely involved 100%.. would def fire one off yourself and want to be proven wrong. That's good customer service.. bring back the car and show me different.

I did not try to drag you into any of this nor steal any of your customers.

I have dragged my self into this or have you gone completely nuts ? , this is a forumn , you seem to always be on the defensive and having to defend and or explain your self and or selves , you speak to people excepting and or demanding them to see things your way - NOT ! as far as stealing other shops customers and or doing free work - thats sounds more like you , Pming customers and offering them free retunes and or work as to pull them away from other shops or my shop for that matter , i have a bunch of loyal customers of mine that would have no problems jumping up here and chimming in if you would like so i suggest you quit while your ahead - it would be in your best interest - Jimmy

I want to clarify what happend here in case I have not been clear enough

13 months ago we installed a ETS fmic and lower fmic pipe on the OP's car and tuned it on the dyno it made approx 355 whp and TQ on May 10, 08

Last Saturday George got a call from the OP that his car was not "running right" as he has been beat in a street race by an Evo X with 320 whp

George had the customer come in I beleive Tuesday am at 10 and told me to be there or else to fix the problem as the guy was a Greek guy and he wanted his car 100%

I told George just as you said above that a boost leak or other problem may have developed in a year and that the tune does not change. George instructed me to just get the car on the dyno and don't touch anything and see how its running.

I remember that I was there waiting at 10 am but the customer did not come by until 1 or 2 as someone blocked his driveway

I put the car on the dyno and the power band was 100% the same as 13 months before - only difference is that the power was up 3 whp more!

There was nothing wrong with the car

The top end had some slight spark scatter so we sold the customer some one step colder Denso plugs and we re-dynoed and it made even more power.

I also crushed his stock bov

Finally, I went out for an hour data logging the car in every gear to make sure that the car was running just as well on the street.

Since the car ran perfectly and made exceptional power for the mods and fuel it had there was no other problem to fix and the car was given back to the customer for him to test and drive.

Two days later DG is telling the customer that he is down 50 whp. Although no mechanical issue has developed during those two days or is diagnosed of fixed during the DG dyno session the car suddenly is now making an incredable 390 - 400 dyno jet at the same 26 psi with just some tuning changes.

This would be a pick up from my tune of some 80 whp as they said it came in with 320 whp dyno jet.

People who are reading all of this can draw their own conclusions about who is correct / incorrect and what is going on here.

All I can tell you from my perspective is that when the OP called George, your Brother, he took immediate action to do what ever he could to satisfy the customer and try and fix what ever was wrong.

As there was nothing wrong - there was nothing to fix.

I hope this clarifies it for you.

100% correct

Not to mention spotting the customer money for the plugs

You did the best anyone could expect

Its impossible to compete against imaginonary and flasified dyno numbers created by control "X"

I am waiting for a P.M I never sent out soliciting customers. Maybe control X has that feature too.

Let me school you

This is a hobby and side business to George. He runs a huge general repair facility and in fact he is now expanding to a 3rd location to fit all the cars. if he had to rely on all the Evo tuning for his revenues he would go out of business tomorrow, seriously. We have 5 technicians, a shop foreman and our techs include the Ferrari master tech with 18 years experience and Freddy and Joe who have been working there since they worked for your Dad and that is a long time and a couple of serious guys with a lot of experience. 90 % of the revenue is from the general repair and service of Imported Cars. The guys he has all get paid top dollar and as a result a facility of our size needs to charge accordingly for the services performed and needs a huge volume of work to remain profitable. At the end of the day its very rewarding to work with such highly skilled technicians and know that the job is in good hands. This does mean that we can not ***** out prices on installs and such and make money at it.

We are way to busy to encourage 19 and 20 year old kids to nut hug and attack other tuners on our behalf. I am glad that you have loyal customers. Its pathetic that you are on the internet threatening your own brother with sicking your pals on him to attack him on the internet - and doublely pathetic to be doing so on Father's day.

If I ever have to stoop so low as to ask my customers to fight my wars and speak on my behalf then its time for me to quit and go work at Walmart

This thread has nothing to do with you.

A claim has been made about my tuning by DG

I am simply defending my work and calling out some facts which are totally illogical about the claims that have been made.

I am rarely signed into EVO M or Nasioc. I occasionally scroll through t see what is going on but thats it. The phone rings non stop and the emails are out of control.

I have had people come from other facilities who want to engage in **** talking.. Do you know what I do? I refuse there work I do not have the time nor effort to engage in that type of lunacy.
