Correct, the acceleration speed and the extra force of the weight of the valve makes the steel seat pieces. we also gives different angle to valve seat

Yeah, I have a 2.4L with a twinscroll 6265. My head isn't built at all but, I'll wait for the results to be posted and pricing. I have supertech dual springs and retainers. I just need to find the correct cams now

Cams are more complicated that seems. There is no cam fit 100% to all engine setups. We want clear it and not be any missunderstood. We test and design cams more than 10years to any race engine there is and any type of racing. Genuine stage 2 cams are designed to work efficient to our race engine and produce peak power between 10-11000rpms. So to our race engine fits 100% and do the job that they design perfect. If we sell the specific cams to a not efficient engine or an engine that have not 1:1 intake to exhaust ratio then the cams will dont work as they design it. Will work 80 or 70%. If someone tells u that a general profile match to ur setup then he dont know his job.
So for that reason for every sirius racers or customer we ask some info of his setup to modify our existing profile to fit as close we can.
If someone dont know some specs we ask, then we have already stage 1 or 2 with mild ramps and flow ratio 1:0.93 that its close to stock or normaly modified cylinder head to fit as close we can.
Stage 1 i ensure u that will beat any existing profile and its close to the limit of stock material valve seat. We have test them from stock turbo to 1500hp engine with excelent results. We also offer stage 2 that is the mild child of the real stage 2 with less acceleration and less valve lift for those that use more than ~95lbs turbo or 44psi and more.
Stage 3 requires titanium valves, berilium valve seats and designed for peak power 10-12000rpms. We recomend also billet steel cams for this stage as the spring kit must be very hard and will damage the cast iron material very quick.
From plain white paper to grind to dyno .
Many profiles and even 1 degree more or less that u dont need plays major role.

4g63evoeight, i suggest u try our stage 1 cams u will be more than satisfied .

claudiumxg, we have in stock 13cr 150mm length rod and 88mm stroke 2618 or 4032 material.
We have also 32-33-34 mm restrictor cam specs as we have supply many race cars for this reason.
Near u there is a good and very known racer at xgames using some of our profiles http://www.facebook.com/josephburkemotorsport
Excelent torque at low rpms that are designed for this purpose. for further details please send us an email.

Spyros
perfect, car will be stock turbo for a few months before i do an hta86, so stg1's will be optimal for me it seems.
thanks
Peter

Hi, as i promise some spy pics.

we are about to finish this week the project for 60-130mph to try break the world record from a true street car. Lets see how a 4g63 2ltr high rev engine in full street car can go near GTRs and Twin turbo Lambos. We hope tecnology beat displacement monsters that have 1200whp-1500whp.
So far the first test was with 15psi and 4.59 time.

I show a database http://www.dragtimes.com/vbox-60-130-times.php but have also times from standing passes or dragstrips. We care for acceleration from rolling to see the real 60-130. Not from standing because is more easy achieve better time from standing, especially if the car have <1.6-1.7 at 60''

Our Largeframe compressor cover turbokit with 11blade extended tip 86mm can push 3270lbs car real fast. All the tests will be with race fuel now. This turbokit will be available after tests.

Some quick photos.
