Do you employ any coating tactics? It's a pretty standard thing to use ceramic as a coating on at least exhaust pre-turbine. Are there any special materials you use? titanium has good heat conductivity, and I wouldn't see that as a good thing in exhaust manifolds unless proper coatings are used, so I'm curious what you do. I'd imagine that the spool and ultimate horsepower would be highly affected when we get into these extremely high power builds.

You meant to say Titanium doesn't conduct heat well.

i seen that flange also, but didn't say anything because i wasn't sure if it really read shearer on it.

You're right. my mistake.
Still curious if spyros uses anything exotic, or if Titanium is more resistant to heat transfer than ceramic.

When you say this build has "titanium parts" does this include engine internals? Crank, rods, cams? Or are they your billet cams?
And spyros, is the red car next to this one the 2000hp build? How's that coming.

Hi

Ron Shearers manifold is this. He built it for us specially before 2 years.
This project is 2 years old. No matter we built our own in house manifolds Ron is one of the best.

We use also coatings at compressor covers, black and white. We use white at exhaust manifolds too. Some customers wants it some other not. I have some manifolds coating white to show u give me some time today.

gasolinebaptism, some lucky foreign customer bought our 2000hp setup and we built a new one. We place it to an evo ix these days to finish some details so as to send it. Its secret project but i can took just a spy photo for u
He has some disputes with some lambos and gtrs at his place that must take care.
