Correct, the acceleration speed and the extra force of the weight of the valve makes the steel seat pieces. we also gives different angle to valve seat
ok, so a 50 or 55 degree seat does the job to centrate and damp the valve even more, what about the additional wear on seat and valves? Does it shorten the seat seat and valve life or is the combination of coated ti valves and CuBe seats very good for the parts life?
Are you using MoldStar®90 or another CuBe alloy?
If you use 50 or 55 degree seats, how much or is there any benefit of reducing backflow with steeper seat angles?
