Its Billet Mech Fuel Pump, supports +3600hp aplications.

We have our own fuel kit with 1 electric motor gear pump to supply 3000hp and almost half mathanol so was not enouph for this built. Next post i will post our plug n play 3000hp fuel kit keeping the stock fuel tank. Its amazing and quality as always.

Hi,

Back again, as I promise u before some months.
Stage4 the ultimate cylinder head based on a stock 4g63 core. This head is beyond comparison.
The air that flows for the 85mm chamber and these small valves is tremendously and capable for +12000rpms.

U will see some dyno results soon.
The Numbers at flowbench are close to the best 4cylinder chambers we have ever measure using 38-40 valves. Intake similar to Hondas F20 and BMW m3, but with outstanding exhaust flow than any other 4cylinder head we know. One version the exhaust side flows more and come with larger exhaust valves than intake

We change completely the intake ports and exhausts. We move the place that the intake and exhaust ports are, upper from stock as u see at the pics, completely different shape also. The ultimate flow, swirl and velocity tests come to this result. Many many hours at the flowbench and many many different port sizes to the final result. 2 different options stage 4. Smaller exhaust valve than intake and bigger than intake depends the rpm and boost pressure application.

This stage 4 is the ancestor of our new cast cylinder head we will soon release on the market.
So we don’t care someone copy our job from these pics.

I will upload tomorrow with many more pics, I don’t have more time now.
Some more pics from the machines we use.

Enjoy.

Intake vs stock intake

Exhaust vs stock

Ready for test again.

More pics tomorrow.

Some random pics from our cylinder head machines we use.

From a subaru drag project we built recently.

And when the subaru is ready to go. The result

Berilium what left from a 4g63 cylinder head.

I think it speak volumes for the community when shops collaborate with each other. This collaboration is the catalyst that drive new innovations and as a consumer, I appreciate all the efforts. Once someone becomes complacent, unteachable or untrainable in this business (or any for that matter) marketshare will starts to diminish. Again, thanks to you shops are "all in" for the betterment of the community.
