All these fit the definition of "smoke and mirrors" I'm not a "hater" simply in disbelief until i see concrete evidence from anyone other than ET. Sure thats fantastic that there is a 2000hp evo going to a drag stip. Can't wait to see them put up.
DB quoting? for the record I personally don't like DB's style. From the reading I've done on here he knows his ****, but he comes off as arrogant. I am in no way influenced by him.
Well he made a bicycle fly through the air and made long distance phone calls across space, so don't write ET off just yet!

For reference, to both of you childish haters, "DB" is here in Ohio actually building cars that run, go to tracks and set records......so keep on hating fools.

All numbers quoted are usually bhp or dynapak numbers which are higher then dynojet.

Don't expect 190mph just cause they say it has 2000hp or whatever. So far numbers have been just that.

BTW this is one of the competitors of the EVO this coming weekend...

It is the Subaru that did the 8.8 sec when ET was tuning it and according to the old post he did the 8.8 sec pass with around 850 awhp.... For some reason after this race this Subaru and owner left ET...

Now the car is pushing more than 1100+ and 128 kg torque which is about 939 ft-lbs which i am assuming its at the wheels since they are tuning it on a Dynojet!!!

this weekend should be VERY interesting!

I hope you are not referring to me as a hater.. but if you are..

I can't bring a car to Ohio, nor do I know anyone who lives there for that matter so that's unrealistic. However...

I will offer to pay for shipping both ways to send you my Extreme Tuners turbo for you to test against any other stock frame of your choice, of course I'm sure you can find a suitable car to test it on in no time, and It won't cost anything to ship it back.

I'll assume all risks involved just in case you damage it or blow it up, I have faith that Extreme Tuners isn't "smoke and mirrors" and will warranty it if anything happens. Spyros said it would be good up to 39psi, you could put that to the test.

Let me know.

I'm referring to the two guys who brought me up for no reason within the last two pages.

I've offered to test someone's ET turbo already, if it was yours send it, if it wasn't send it. I think the guy is a fake, phony, con artist and rip off but I'll test the turbo and give it a fair shake. If it sucks the guys who are promoting him are going to say I didn't try hard enough and if it works.........well I guess he gets to look like he knows what he's doing.

khmerpimpin and David Buschur - if you guys are willing to do that test, and share the results - awesome... good on both of you for fronting up with the collective bits required. The results would be very interesting!

And in regards to the 2000hp EVO, at this stage the quickest/fastest AWD car in the world is an R32 GTR that weighs nearly 3000lbs with driver and has claimed just under 1700hp - which as far as I know it hasn't even been wound up to fully yet at this stage. Its best time to date is 7.53 @ 185mph, and it has trapped at over 190mph on slower passes.

Makes it seem like we should be seeing trap speeds up around 200mph, and the AWD record should be taken by this EVO - if the power can be used. Lets see how much better the "next level" guys can go with more 25% more power than a bunch of NZers have pushing their 15+year older chassis
