Thumbs up Mikey's E85 FP Red 29-30psi 535hp/438tq

Here is my most recent graph of me converting over to E85. The graph shows boost at 31.40psi however English Racing's 5 Bar is drifting. The logs, which is posted below in the Thread only goes up to 30.1psi for one cell. Looks like max boost was roughly between 29.5psi. I'm very happy with the results so far, given the fact that I'm still on the stock 4G63, stock unported 84mm FP Red, and my small HKS cams. The rest of my mods are in my sig. Looks like we still have a lot left in the turbo for the power we are currently making. I will be adding a few more mods over the next few weeks before we upgrade to a 10:1 2.4L 156mm long rod motor with a FP Black

I love the way the car pulls Aaron put v7 on my car with the dual map tps switching. I have a 92map and a E85 map. I don't have a 92 dyno because we were pushed for time so we focused on my E85 tune.

Over the next couple weeks I'll be working on a few modifications to the car and will be back at the dyno.

Once again I would like to thank the ER crew for all their hard work! Lucas and Aaron we need to start my motor build ER is an amazing shop and some great friends of mine. If anyone wants a perfect tune and max performance, ER is the shop you want to visit.

Mikey

Congrats Mikey! Have they finished the E85 pump on base up there yet? If not, you going to drive to Arlington every 3 days to fill up, or you just gonna run 92?

I got a question how big of a difference does the 80mm cover make over the 64mm i'm in the process of buying one now. Also very nice numbers by the way have you thought about going with more aggresive cams?

I honestly don't think the 80mm cover is worth any hp... However, the 80mm cover will eliminate surge. I had really bad surge with the 64mm cover if I ever did a 3rd or 4th gear pull.

Yes I will be upgrading my cams! I hate the HKS cams because they are so mild. I will be doing an engine build soon so I'm going to wait and put in a set of S2Rs then.

Good I am glad you guys have E-85 available up there now! I just put a comment card into the NEX about getting E-85 on base here in Jax... let me hold my breath... Court and I are doing good, been really busy at work as of late ( in the middle of AMI) after that is over hopefully things calm down a bit.

Good info thanks mike. I'm buying an 80mm red. no surge is good though! yeah the HKS cams are mild that's why i was asking. I have a friend that's doing a supra build and he has HKS cams in his car, I wanted to bust his bubble but at the same time i didn't you know. He spent a lot on his car and i don't wanna be like. DUDE YOUR CAMS SUCK! LOL Good luck with the build man!
