Your thinking about it wrong. Its the whp/boost so 564hp/20psi=28.2hp per psi and 678.9hp/27psi=25.1hp per psi.

This is digusting Aaron, cant wait to ride in this beast. I cant imagine what this thing will do on kill. Now if I may be the one to ask this, what are the plans with the car, motorsports-wise?

You are calculating the spike and one and boost at peak power on the other. It was a 26psi spike to 23 and now its 30 dropping to 27. An increase of 4 psi Since timing was the constant, 4psi and 100 extra wheel (okay 94) divided by 4 = 23.5whp/psi.

No plans nor goals. Not a Silver State car as the aerodynamics and the engine arent what I think would make a good SS car. Maybe try some of the mile stuff?

I think mile racing would be fun, anytime you get to do top speed stuff, its fun. There is a place in Prosser where the Ultima Aero broke the production speed record a few years back that I hear is a good place to practice, The stretch of road is stupid long! I think my best to date is 170 before I let up, with 4 people in the car mind you.

Anytime I go out to Jorgen's house I make sure to get one in, but Im always up for making a trip out there to do some, as I am sure Jorgen would join in and bring the ZX out there too, now that its just a drag bike. After I graduate I am game for heading out there.

After talking with Johnny about my boost spike/weirdness, it becomes apparent I need to revise how its working. Hopefully the quick spike where its not really controlling will go away so when I say 30psi its really 30psi and not 33 with a quick 35psi spike (.05 sec) back to 33 and tapering to 30.

Power has moved to 7900 with some MIVEC changes now that I am really trying to work the cams and not just test the differences between them and the standard S2s. I am running almost no advance out the top and it really seems to be liking it. For whatever reason I didnt check the box for MIVEC when I dyno'd on wednesday so I cant really compare. Today was warmer but the car (in looking at it now) really seems to be making about the same power per pound.

Still pump gas timing? Will you wait until you have the boost where you want it before tuning the timing map?

Looks amazing Aaron!!! Spool is just amazing. I have ever seen a 3586 like this. You should be really proud! I'm sending you a pm since I'm out the door in about 10 hours for the ship...
