410 on his dyno is impressive. i think the full can get you there but you'll have to have the right mods

think about doing some headwork if you want to hit 410 on their dyno and i would definitely suggest s2's. i barely hit 400 (399.5) with all the goodies but a port and polish. i would wait till a nice bbk full/bbk-b overlay is shown before i make a decision.

You're going to be looking for that for a long time.

If you get the Full you will want the B in a year. If you get the B you will want a Red. If the Red a year later the Black. It never ends. I personally am going right in the middle with the BBK-B. But totally up you. You can always turn the Full into the B later too.

A sexy car but will not have the performance of your IX. I really do not think you will have a problem. Think how many guys run meth and high boost on stock frame turbos for a long time now without failure. I know guys running 35Rs with meth and only head studs for years now with no problems. If you can run this to 27psi with no knock and keep the power and torque levels within a sane range, they why not? It will be interesting to see how this all unfolds over the next 6 months or so though....

true, it won't. yeah it will depend how "extreme" the bbkb turns the car into. if the stock block can handle it i'm sure it'll be all right.. i just dont know if i see myself driving this car when i'm 30

I bought my 1st IX when I was 28, had to sell it to pay off my now wife's medical debt when I was 30, and bought my 2nd IX at the ripe old age of 32 last summer. So....I don't know if 30 is really the cut-off.

I cannot wait for this turbo. 400 on cbrd's dyno is no joke, I'd say that's at least 430 on a dynojet. I have already decided on this turbo I just want a release date!!

You can't see yourself driving this car at 30? Just sell it and get a BMW now. Don't forget the douche glasses and haircut while you're at it.

I spoke with Chad at length about this when I ordered my Full a few months ago. I knew the B was coming this summer and wanted his honest opinion. Chad made it clear to me that the B would not be replacing the Full. Just another alternative for those who favor slightly better top end over slightly better spool. That's why I went with the Full. My argument is that there is always the FP Red/Black if top end is the priority.

+1, I know the full will spool a bit better but I want some room to grow as well so I think the B is a better fit, for me at least.

dude i'll be turning 30 in november and thats when i plan on going to CBRD for the upgrade. its a b-day/promotion gift to myself lol

i have no plans on letting the RS go anytime soon.

i also cant wait to see the overlay between the full and the B. should help make the decision easier.
