Ok, I think I'm going to add this to my list of next upgrades.

Is peak boost 28psi holding or what is it tapering to?

Also, did you have to tune for less TQ or did you just tune for fastest spool and got those numbers? Im asking since i would assume the red would make a little more TQ...
thanks man
Yes, peak boost is 28psi holding pretty good and tapering to 26psi up top (I purposely did that to spare some injector)
I could have held 28psi all the way out if I had more fuel...thanks to Sparky and BLKCarbonEvo for the tips on preloading the actuator.
I hold 28psi from 4200rpm to 6850rpm...27psi 6850 to 7250...26psi 7250 to redline.
Yea I definitely kept the tq a little conservative since this is my DD and I don't plan on building a shortblock right now. The Reds do make more tq than this... and I definitely could have gotten a little more out of it at peak, maybe I'll push it a little harder when I get the 1K's and jump back on the rollers.

So you preloaded the WGA? What are you using for boost control?

That is some nice stuff for sure. Im gonna be shooting for the same success you have, but ill be on the Black. Just have to keep the TQ down

Yup, for me preloading the actuator is the key to holding boost...I've spent a lot of time and countless logs just fiddling with that thing...to the point where I had to cut off about 3 threads off the rod just to get some more preload.
I'm using a Hallman MBC.
On the black, I'm sure you'll be able to hit these #'s + some, what fuel?
Oh you on stock block too? Yea you're going to have to keep the tq under control.
What actuator are you using?

I may have to look into preloading the WGA, Ill PM you.

Yeah on the Black im shooting for 500whp+ on e85. I will probably get more, but i have to make sure to keep TQ low.

Thats what I have always said. This is how Im able to have a flat boost curve with a MBC. You can also make it taper or creep as you like.

I like to call it "WGA tuning"

Good job raasfaas
